For over 20 years, our work at Apache has helped

to maintain the beauty of the City of Chicago.

We provide cleaning services and supplies to Chicago's most prestigious and notorious buildings and landmarks. Our team of 500 has covered over

10 million square feet throughout

the windy city and we look forward

to what the future holds for our clients,

their patrons, our employees and their families.

Apache proudly provides world-class custodial services for the Harold Washington Library Center, a Chicago monument and architectural gem designed by Hammond, Beeby & Babka.

The Harold Washington Library Center (HWLC) is the central library for the Chicago Public Library System.

At approximately 756,000 square feet and with 1.5 million visitors annually, HWLC requires meticulous janitorial and cleaning services. Many corporate and community leaders choose one of HWLC's multiple size venues for important private or public events.

Jorge Pacheco, President of Apache is pictured with the Harold Washington Library Center team as they accepted the 2020 Public Assembly Toby Award, presented by BOMA Chicago. This awards program recognizes quality in commercial buildings and excellence in building management.
